when a chick walks around flaunting her tits for everyone to see. She wears tight shirts or any type of shirt that shows mass amounts of cleavage to get attention. Even though she may look like a full blown whore, don't be deceived; only her tits get around but nothing more. She wants to be the center of attention and that's it. A tit whore results in blue balls.

Generic term used primarily only amongst males, in reference to any generic female, regardless of her sexual orientation, but most specifically in reference to well-endowed specimens sporting blouses full of bra-filled funbags. NOT synonymous with "skank" or "whore".

Definition: An ugly whore with fat cow tits. "Ugly" referring to "non-attractive. " "Whore" referring to a slut that grabs your package than asks your name. "Fat" refers to Obese. "Cow Tits" refers to those pastey-white flabby tits that belong on a cow or other beast. A Derogatory term used for insult, commonly used when said "Whore" grabs your package.
