Describing the state of something as possessing powerfully striking or intense characteristics or traits, either positive or negative. Such characteristics are so remarkable and unprecedented that they are metaphorically attributed to use of huffing inhalants / paint thinner. Much like the phrases "cracked" and "based," this phrase invokes the common understanding of highly euphoric, chaotic, and fabled substance use to glorify unpredictable and noteworthy qualities of things.

The act of deleting friends on Facebook whom you haven't talked to in a long time and/or don't plan on talking to again. Sometimes done to escape bad memories of a person or past.
I've gotta do some serious friend thinning... I've got 2000 friends on Facebook and I haven't talked to most of 'em since high school.
