techretary

That person (real or imaginary) in your life responsible for solving all technology related problems. This individual may provide IT services and tech support but more likely is setting up home theaters, installing hardware/software, and synchronizing email, phones, ipods, cameras and GPS devices.
I spent so much time after Christmas trying to install and set up my wireless home theater system that I haven't even gotten to my kid's computer and my wife's GPS. I need a techretary to handle all this stuff.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
