It's a term that is used to acknowledge the fact that television is controlled and run by Jews (hence the word Talmud - the Jewish Holy Books). What it really means is that when you watch television you are really seeing a false reality that is presented mainly through the perspective of International Jewry and what they want you to see. Television is a well known propaganda machine that is extremely powerful because when you watch it, you are actually in a trance like state. When in this state it is very difficult for your mind to distinguish what is seen on television from reality (i.e. television becomes reality in your mind).

A: I watched MTV Video Music Award yesterday, that was so cool.

Talmuder (pronounced; "tal-mud-er") is a slang word for someone who extremely follows the teachings of the Talmud book.

The word "talmuder" has a similar expression/meaning to the word "bible-basher", when it comes to extreme Bible worshipers.

Taldykorgan, also known as Taldy-Kurgan or Taldyk, second largest city in the state of Almaty, Kazakhstan. The city of Taldykorgan is mainly famous for nothing, except for hot and brave guys form it. The population of metropolitan area, which includes small villages like "Otenai" among youth known as "Kotenai" and the other village "Yerkin", is 150.000+/-50 people. As a result of inconsistent behavior and appearance, resident of Otenai and Yerkin are not considered as Taldykorganian.
