superfice

a neologism that merges the terms "superficial" and "nice"; when someone aims to please (following norms for politeness or etiquette in current society) so much that it becomes fake
In this class, we want constructive, honest discussion, not superfice!

superficial love

Liking or falling for someone just because of their appearance or because it makes them look good.
James is going to ask Annie out only because he thinks she makes him look good in pictures, it's such a superficial love.

Superficial

Someone who doesn't want anyone to know what they're really like or who they really are.

Supercentre

Often misspelled as Supercenter

A supercentre is a big-box store, also known as a superstore or megastore, and is a physically large retail establishment—usually part of a chain. The term supercentre sometimes also refers, by extension, to the company that operates the store.
In essence, a supercentre is a supermarket and a department store, under one roof. The result is an expansive retail facility, carrying a wide range of products; these products include a full grocery line and general merchandise.
In theory, a supercentre allows customers to satisfy all their routine shopping needs, in one trip.
1. Later, I’m gonna go shopping at Walmart Supercentre.
2. Usually, I find everything I’m looking for, at a Walmart Supercentre.
3. I don’t like Walmart! Kmart Supercentres are way better!

Superficticial

A person who does something only for sake of appearance, and keeps a piece of evidence to create or imply a false narrative.

Taking credit for actions that were not genuinely performed is a common type of narcissistic behaviour that is both superficial and self-aggrandizing. In the age of social media and selfies, such behaviour has become rampant.
I can't believe how superficticial those tourists were. They wore hiking attire and took photos in front of the mountain, but made no attempt to climb it.

She is so superficticial that she had the nerve to show up only at the end of the project and still posed for a group photo as if she had done as much as the rest of us.

She is such a neglectful mother but takes one photo each day of her child smiling to make it seem like she is a good parent. I hope her child doesn't grow up to be so superficticial.

Superficial Responding

When someone says something to you, you ask them to repeat it and still don't have a clue about, so rather than asking them to repeat again, you stimulate a variety of different responses such as;
Nodding your Head
Smiling and Looking at The person
Looking Down
Agreeing
Looking Concerned

This method of reply is often useful when speaking to people with strong accents, or old people.
Dan: Wow thats a nice watch, how much was that?
Ted: What?
Dan: How much was your watch
Ted: Yes *Smiles* (Superficial Responding)

superficial smile

A grin or smirk that has bullshit written all over it.

Usually used by con men, marketers , stock brokers, prostitutes, Steve Jobs. You know, the bullshitters.
Bullshitted: Do you think this its a good idea dodging taxes? I mean, I will have more money but won't I get caught?

Bullshitter: No bro, just chill. The system doesn't keep track of EVERYONE'S taxes, just those that get paid handsomely and you my friend are not in this category if I were you I'd use that to my advantage. How do you think I got so rich man? I'm only looking out for your best interest. *Gives superficial smile*

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
