(n.) A deceptive stratagem meant to evade a troublesome situation by grabbing, crushing, stepping on, slapping, kicking, or merely flicking, or otherwise violently treating another's testicles in order to distract the other person, who is typically an adversary who causes, or maintains, the troublesome situation which one intends to evade.

Joe kicked John in the crotch, a classic testicular subterfuge, in order to escape from John.
