this word, contrary to more common knowledge, does not mean to fuse. but in actuality, it means NOTHING. it is UNDEFINED, much like 0 over 0 (%). but furthermore, anyone with half a brain can realize what such a word means. look at examples below.

spliced fart
A.k.a. "piggybank" or "cumulonimbus" fart. this uniquely-impressive anal-based audio-delight consists of a number of much-smaller farts that have been carefully "layered" or "stockpiled" inside Uranus, so that they create a single but super-humongous "eruption" whenever it is that you do decide to "let loose".
There are a number of reasons that one might create a spliced fart --- maybe you don't really produce all that much gas, and so you wanna really "make it count" on those comparatively-rare occasions when you do. Or perhaps you are a bit concerned about a certain place you are going and/or someone you are having to meet, and so you wanna "bring along a little spare ammo" just in case.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.
Blexas has been cited as possible in the upcoming decades, but only if Democrats continue to win the Hispanic vote in bigger margins.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
