When something has become so saturated by a fluid that it has a mushy texture and now has become so unpleasant that it is rendered unusable or unedible.

Customer to the Waiter: Umm can you send this burger back to the kitchen, this bun is so soggitated from the grease, I can't even pick it up.

Dude, I was so excited to eat my frosted flakes, but after I fixed a bowl I was interrupted and now my stuff's all soggitated.
