2. Enjoying your sorrow rather than to wallow in it unhappily or with self-pity.
3. To accept being sorrowful willingly and agreeably.
4. Accepting that you are filled with sorrow and being decidedly blissful rather than allowing the sorrow to consume you in depression.
5. Blissful Sorrow
As she felt the depression, she knew that the sorrowful bliss would soon follow, and she would welcome the feeling.
