1: a phrase generally screamed out when things are being kicked when they aren't meant to be. 2: something people call each other when they don't play soccer.

ex. 1 Bob screams out "SOCCA PLAYA" as he kicks a basketball.

ex. 2 The tennis teams calls each other "SOCCA PLAYAS" as a joke.
