Patient, composed, intelligent and laid back. Not the first person you notice in a room. A person who is even-tempered has a calm personality and doesn't get upset, angry, or excited very easily or very often. Even-tempered is an approving word.

In the heat of the battle, Sniffah was counted on to rally the troops and get us out alive.

This is a false-alarm of a sneeze. Refers to when you go "ahhh, ahhh, ..." and follow it with no "CHOOO!" and/or volley of nasal grossities.

1-"Ahh, ahh... ah. *sniff*"
2-"Oh good, it was only a sniffhanger."
1-"CHOOO!"
2-"Aww, all over my shirt."
