soulstenance 

soulstenance- the process through which you achieve the satiation of your soul (i.e. getting your soul fed) with the things that inspire and keep you happy, whole and sane.

soulstain- to do what you need to do to get your soul fed.
I created my evening of soulstenance when I turned off my cellphone and spent the rest of the evening writing poetry in a luxurious bubble bath.
