verb. A portmanteau of the words skate and stumble. Used when someone is trying to skate around drunk, especially on the way home from the bar or from a party.

a person of gross/annoying qualities who goes around to people to bug them for the Skumble Bee's enjoyment. They move like a bumble bee, which is also, of course, annoying and goes everywhere u dont want it to.
