A car that's not in the best condition, mainly an older model vechile. With cosmetic damage and many minor issues. Like windows don't roll down, one car door doesn't open, radio might not work. But gets you from point A to point B. AKA : A hoopty

A girl that is incredibly friendly and flirty with multiple guys, leading them to believe they have a chance of dating her. The girl actually never intends to date them and the guys never had a chance. She may do this purposefully for her own amusement, or unintentionally.

You can "scuffle up" on pretty much anything.
