A union worker or leader who collaborates with management or the business or facility owners or administration, leading to the betrayal of the workforce or fellow union members.
The vice-president of our union local choose to become a scabunion, rather than lead us on the picket line. I guess she felt the management buttered her toast thicker than we would have.
