Sabirmtv means a word that doesn't make sense but has MTV in it and MTV is an abbreviation of a word so it is acceptable to use in Scrabble.
It is used in Scrabble games in where you can't make another word and you are losing. In other scenarios that aren't connected to Scrabble this term is out of context and no longer holds meaning.

What an she is. She picked up my shattered heart pieces and put them all back into its place with her love.
