runfia

A group of people, generally of the ghetto variety. (e.g. A group of chunts.) Commonly used term among Hispanics, usually defamatory.

Jose: "Did u hit up dat party?"
Maria: "O hells na! Dey wus way too much runfia up in that bitch."
