A site that was launched January 1, 2007, rankopedia caters to those who wish to find a countdown of anything ranging from "Best rock song ever" to "Best looking animal with a machine gun". Anyone can sign up for free and vote or create any ranking they wish right away. There is a catch though, if your ranking has already been created or is too vague it will be deleted. The site also has active forums (which is the most popular thing to do on there, not the voting) and a competition called the Ranking of the Rankers (or the RR) in which members compete through 6 legs in an effort to try and win real money

Runako is very sexy/beautiful/handsome this name is most likely an African name, this name could be either gender. Runako is shy at first until you get to know him/her, Runako is very crazy when he/she wants to be. Don’t ever mess around with a Runako because he/she is not afraid to defend themselves. Runako is a loyal friend, Runako has plenty of friends but can cut friends out in a blink of an eye. Runako listens and gives great advice and nows how to comfort someone. Runako is nice but not that nice. Runako’s are very freaky in bed and now exactly what to do. Runako is a good friend and if you have a Runako in your life don’t take him/her for guaranteed cause once Runako’s gone you will regret it and will start missing him/her.

Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.

Surf Dracula Syndrome
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
