Generally used to described a sex crazed woman who presents herself in a very promiscuous manner (though tempting, you have to be really drunk to take her up on the offer). The origin comes from a female who hitchhikes from town to town paying for her rides with oral sex.

Man, Angela wants to blow all of us. We should just start calling her Road Ho.
