quatschkopf
Originates from German "Quatschkopf". Commonly used incorrectly, referring to babbling idiots. Quatschkopf rather means someone who talks a lot about unimportant things. A talky person. However, contrary to most definitions in online dictionaries, it is a rather nice and positive thing to say, at least in Southern Germany. If you tell someone he/she is a quatschkopf, your heart is full of appreciation and sympathy. Quatschkopfs generally tell something that doesn't really fit the context, and especially for that they are amiable - there is something sweet about them. Using the word usually makes people smile; both the 'quatschkopfer' (the one calling someone else a quatschkopf) and the 'quatschkopfee' (the person being called a quatschkopf). Also, quatschkopf can be used as a verb: to quatschkopf someone means to babble nice nonsense to someone.
Side note: should only be used when speaking to the quatschkopf. If used when referring to someone, one has to know that someone very well in order to avoid a negative connotation.

quatschdeutsch
A fake language used by people who don't speak German but try to fake it. Like many non-languages, there is no exact translation, but uses many of the same words over and over. German for "nonsense German".
Quatschdeutsch Speaker: Was Ich spiele Ich Wurst Schadenfreude Nein.
German speaker: What I play I sausage taking pleasure in others pain no? What are you trying to say?
QD speaker: I'm speaking German.
German Speaker: That's a bunch of quatschdeutsch...

Quatscher
Der Quatscher ist der schlimmste Plauderer, den man überhaupt irgendwo finden kann, d. h. ein solcher Mensch, der die Effizienz der Übermittlung eines irgendwelchen Inhalts durch die wenigste Anzahl von Wörtern am niedrigsten hat. Tatsächlich ist a Priori nicht klar ob ein Quatscher eindeutig durch diese informelle Definition bestimmt ist oder nicht. Wir gehen implizit davon aus, dass es mehrere Quatscher geben kann und identifizieren sie als eine echte Untermenge der Plauderer.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
