An egotistical blowhard asshole who just want to tell everyone how spectacular they are. On the rare occasion they do anyactual work the wrong thing for the situation. QASAS fall into two main groups: 1 hard working intelligent workers with integrity, who have left the program. 2 lazy no good dumb as fuck ass clowns that will be QASAS until retirement.
