A person that identifies as a hand tool or thinks they are actually a power tool.

Today at work, Kevin informed me he will be identifying as an air ratchet from now on. I guess he's a tooly now. I wonder if he'll plug himself into an air hose.

Qasa 

Short for que pasa in Spanish. It's the equivalent to (sup] in english.

When Martin walked into the bar, I yelled Qasa. He yelled Qasa back and then we had a drink.
