heart palpitations 

Heart palpitations is a weird feeling of having butterflies in your heart which may result in your heart slipping a beat which of course usually you have nothing to worry about but it can happen when your stressed or anxious which may be connected to something serious or it can be that you may like someone that results in your flight or fight feeling kicking in causing your heart to skip a beat.
Thinking of my crush give me heart palpitations .

the act of suffering a shart attack. followed by a series of moistening after sharts.

possibly after a night of imbibing an unhealthy amount of alcohol and protein shakes.

Working so hard to get a fart out that it causes your heart to skip a beat.
I blacked out from trying to pass gas the other day. The doctor said it must be fart palpitations.
