Proxydexterous

The offloading of work to someone else. A person who is Proxydexterous is adept at passing off work to the hands of others. This will often be disguised or explained as delegation but is more likely to be exploitation of seniority or some other point of leverage

A polydextrous person is someone who believes they are the gender assigned to them at birth, but the hands of the person are a different sex or gender.

That person over there is polydextrous. They believe that their hands are a different sex to them.
