the little dangle of poop that hangs from your butthole after taking a nice crap. The little piece of poop that is very difficult to remove after a great dump. The piece of poop that smears in your butt when trying to get it out.

When I wiped my butt to get rid of my ploity it smeared in my ass.

A ploity is so hard to get out of my butt that sometimes I have to do an extra hard push of poop to try and wiggle it out.

She could not get the ploity out so she borrowed the dog's tongue for him to remove it.
