Oscar Peltzer is a character in Summer Camp Island and an anthropomorphic elephant who is best friends with Hedgehog. Oscar tends to be socially awkward and slightly uncomfortable with his new things. However, when he sets his mind to something, he will become determined to perform any task or complete any objective. He has strong connection to Hedgehog to the point that if she disappeared or something happened to her, he becomes inconsolable, though he does learn to work without her. God’s unholy contraption. A kid who thinks that he is really good at Call of Duty, when in reality he is absolute garbage. Most of the times he will go negative in pub matches and god Forbid he go at least even in GB matches. Constantly needs to be carried and is basically worthless in any scenario and does not have the ability to clutch 1 single round. The only thing consistent about Matthew Peltier is his ability to blow GB matches and complete the simplest kill. Usually thinks its cool to buy GB accounts to make ones self look good....
