from the movie "That Thing You Do". An "oneder" is a person who thinks highly of themselves and is frustrated that a certin point is not understood whole in fact, everyone understands it and sees other elemnts far beyond it.

In the movie the douche bag singer thinks writing "wonders" as "oneders"is clever. Everyone gets the pun but also know that radio announcers will pronounce it "oh - nee - ders".
An "oneder" - a person who thinks you do not get their point when you actually do and also see more.

Calling an anti-vaxer stupid is not good way to convince them to get vaccinated. Don't be an oneder.

Onder: "I do think that is such a terrible idea, and thus, we should not do such a thing. But should you wish to do so, you do understand that you would be breaking the law and have a chance of being imprisoned? I beseech you to not smoke such cannabis in my face"
