A government, typically in a majority black country, where a black/african nationalist or pan-african party is in power. Some examples of current (and past) niggacracies include:
- Equatorial Guinea
- Zimbabwe

- DRC/Zaire
- Zambia
- Senegal
- Uganda

- "Hey- hey dude. The UPC just came back into power in Uganda. You know what that means?"
- "That... they're now black na-"
- "They're a niggacracy, Matthew! They're a niggacracy!"
- "...Aren't you white?"
