mythologize

The tendancy toward fantastical exaggeration as applied to any given event, personage or statement as a method of establishing veracity or plausibility, however unlikely.
Ok, so the biblical flood required animals to be gathered 'from the four corners of the earth'; marsupials from Australia, spider species specific only to the African rainforest, Pandas from Asia..that's 100 million+ animals, all within walking distance of the mythologized infamous ark?

mythological

Adjective describing a story that once told you want to believe and many parts you can believe but other parts, although they may be true, seem mythical in nature. Can also refer to or describe a person.
Last night I had way too much to drink, launched fire works at Police officers, hid on the roof, got caught, didn't get arrested, and then my buddy fell through the ceiling and the cops came back, and then they found out he worked for a law firm and left.

Mythologizing

The act of creating myths or mythology.

Hym "I see the propensity for people to mythologize... Everyone has their own little theory, don't they? As to why I did this. And the funny thing about the truth is 1. You wouldn't know the difference and 2. You wouldn't believe me if I told you 3. You wouldn't even believe THAT I WAS TELLING YOU THE TRUTH. And the truth is: It couldn't have been more of a whim. I just felt like doing this one day. Consequences be damned.
It was completely arbitrary. It couldn't be any more trivial to me. I think that's why Jordan hates it so much. Sure. There is a little spite sprinkled in but that retard mocked my pride. I just felt like doing it. But the mythologizing doesn't stop at what's happening to me. You see that in the ethos of some of these culture critics. It's like ancient Greece and your 'Mindsets'and your 'Grinds' and your 'Hard work' are all just 'Hephaestus' and 'Apollo' and 'Zeus'. You see, if you sacrifice 2 goats and a goose on a Tuesday 'Grind' will reward you with 20 virgins! And it's like 'Give me a break dawg. Do they like fat cocks? Do they like having access to unlimited money? Do you have either of those things?'

Captain Fat Cock "Um... Well... They don't like the 'Money' they like the 'Security' "

Hym "No. You're trying to eject us both into semantic space. What you're doing is compartmentalizing abstractions that are vaguely associated with money and it looks like this : ___Money__

| | | |

A B C D
And you're pointing to ABCD but that's still just money.

Captain Fat Cock "They like other things, see? I figured it out in my thinky thoughts."

Hym "Right, but I like things other than Playstation. I like working out. But I'm GOING to play Playstation."

Captain Fat Cock "You SHOULD be working out! It'll please Mindset and Hard work!"

Hym "Oh? Instead of doing the thing I want to do I should be doing the other thing? Ooooooohhhh... Ok. Good idea! Great even!"

Omar (Mythologie)

abandonware

n. software that is no longer sold or supported by the original publisher / developer, often found as free downloads on the internet because it cannot be obtained elsewhere. Not legal, but often seen as morally acceptable because the company that made it is no longer selling the title, nor releasing it as freeware, therefore abandonware is "keeping the game alive", so to speak.
Doom II is not abandonware because id still sells it, while The Incredible Machine is not sold, therefore is abandonware.

Foot prisons

Socks. Annoying, sweat-causing, non-barefoot enducing, everyday socks.
The first thing I do when I take off my shoes, is rip off the foot prisons I had to wear inside them. That's why I prefer flip flops, even in winter!

cornholio

Ruler of Lake Titicaca. Rumored to have a bunghole that gets very angry if it does not receive toilet paper. Cornholio the Great is often seen walking around with his shirt over his head and his hands in the air, chanting songs about his power, and his bunghole.
"I am Cornholio! You do not want to face the wrath of my bunghole, for I need TP!"
Butthead: Shut up, Beavis! (uh huh huh huh)
Beavis: Um, okay. (heh heh heh heh).
