It is what you call or define someone who is worried or injured.

He was a mobbing after the rugby session. (In this case, mobbling means injured so it would mean he was injured after the rugby session)

Community Mobbing

Community mobbing is a form of group bullying. Community mobbing is characterized by a coordinated “ganging up” by a group with several ring leaders, and many more followers that target a person for generalized harassment within their neighborhood or city. It is distinct from workplace mobbing, and academic or school place mobbing because it extends into the larger community in which the target lives. The mobbing activities are conducted by neighbors, community watch groups, or, even snitches when there is police involvement.

The internet is ablaze with terms like organized stalking and organized mobbing, however, the accepted academic term for this is community mobbing.

workplace mobbing

When co-workers collectively gang up on another co-worker. Includes things like gossip, criticism, false reporting to management, shunning, gratuitous lack of co-operation, generally nasty behaviour. Places huge stress on the target, resulting in illness or quitting.

Workplace Mobbing is common in hierarchical work environments. One person is targeted, the rest are complicit. Throwback to teenage girl type behaviour.

Mobbing

Is a form of workplace bullying. Mobbing is harassment from a number of people, targeted at one individual.

Done by a closed and secretive society.

They would never admit what they're doing, but continue with the, "I've done nothing wrong" attitude.

They are deluded, and think they are fighting some kind of war, like a terrorist fighting a holy war.

Don't worry about knowing what their agenda is. Their point is to simply ruin lives.

Don't expect answers from them.

They're simply zealous missionaries for some cause.

You can't reason with a fanatic. And that's exactly what people who take part in mobbing are.

You may have attacked one of their members, and they'll get you back. And they won't allow it to end.

People who are consistent bullies are psychopaths.

They don't care to understand that their actions are morally and legally wrong.

If anybody were to ask how things are between you and them, they'd make it appear as though things are fine.

Some mobbing was going on in the workplace. Jill let everyone know who they were, and exactly what they were doing.
