A complex, annoying, stressful problem, made all the more frustrating in that it could have been prevented if certain people had simply used their brains beforehand.
It's bad enough my company's staff is overworked & underpaid; now we've got a major conference coming up & as if things weren't bad enough, the computers are down and the I.T. provider isn't returning our cries for help. Who needs this mishigoss?
