Don’t be a Melper. Most people don’t need assistance when it hasn’t been asked for. Melping is meddling as a cover for helping.

The term ''melper'' refers to a newly promoted moderator on a minecraft server. These newly made mods oftentimes dont subconsciously realize that they have now a higher rank and feel like helpers. This sentiment is described as Schrödinger's staff member: the staff member will only think of themselves as a moderator when confronted to their in -game title, but will refer to themselves as a helper in all other situations.
