this word is used to describe a person of whom you are annoyed the most coz,its a word used to describe a person who is always ready to ask you bundles of questions about anything you discuss infront of him;he remembers every incident ever discussed in front of him;if you mention something by the way, he will stick to that topic for next 15 mins, and will ruin the actual topic;thinks himself very sensible;

there is no exact definition of this word ,it varies from preson to person,
usually a street dog is called a loosi dog;showing a loosi person is completely a waaste,useless,
