A route which is technically longer in distance but is faster timewise. This may be due to traffic on the normal/shorter route. Or slow moving vehicles which use the road, such as tractors. Using a Longcut may also be faster due to different speed limits.
A to B = 10 miles but is 30 minutes
A to Longcut to B = 13 miles but takes 25 minutes
