Livicate 

To livicate (verb)

1. To set apart for divine or spiritual purposes and uses.
2. To vivaciously commit (oneself) to a particular course of thought or movement.

In Rastafarian dialect, "to livicate" is substituted for "to dedicate", as to rid itself of a connotation of dead or death.

Liwia 

Liwia is a person who often keeps to herself but with the right encouragement she can be very outgoing. Also Liwia is a person who is very friendly and loves to make friends but she is also very shy around people she first meets but once you get to know this Liwia the shyness melts away and this incredible friend comes out of the shell, anyone who gets past Liwia's walls should know that they are very lucky.
