Reference to the best neighborhood in Vancouver, British Columbia. Everybody smokes the finest kush out in public and you don't have to worry about being harassed by the police, due to the fact that everyone is chill and liberal. Kuki is an immigrant from Serbia and a synonym for Predator.
His father fled to Croatia while riding on a camel's back after stealing thousands of florins from Petar II Karađorđević.
Nowadays, Kuki enjoys his father's money and spends it on kiblas in YOLO.
For him, age is only a number. He won't hesitate to attack you if you are under 18.

A "No Surprises Wedding," or NSW, is a wedding invitation designation that tells attendees that there can be no unplanned announcements, engagements, events or speeches at the wedding - all actions must be pre-approved by the couple.
