Get the kheer mug.Back in the days of AOR (album oriented rock) radio, many stations would be given promotional copies of newly released albums. The DJs at KSHE-95 in St. Louis would dutifully listen to each of these records start to finish, and would sometimes find hidden gems on obscure albums by equally obscure artists. These songs would be given regular airplay and would become popular in St. Louis but relatively unknown elsewhere. Most KSHE Klassics are songs from albums released between 1970 and 1975. Some of the more beloved KSHE Klassics:
"Dead and Gone" by Gypsy
"Lake Shore Drive" by Alleota, Haynes, and Jeremiah
"Gold Medallions" by Tucky Buzzard
"The Last Illusion" by J.F. Murphy and Salt
"Sepia Sister" by Shoot
"Seven Bridges Road" by Ian Matthews
"Isle of Debris" by Stu Nunnery
"Home Again" by Batdorf and Rodney
