This is often the sound and rythm of the dialect spoken by those who speak ebonics or similar offshoots of the English language.. Often hard to understand, the spoken words sounds end up sounding like "bada bada"
I couldn't understand what he said at all.. it was something like.. bada bada.. you know what I'm sayin.
