A slang term for a promiscuous woman. Commonly used by drunk bikers; the term "Joubert" reached the height of it's popularity in 2010 via online escort services catered to low income clientele.

A small Minecraft youtuber known for his iconic DeityWar videos famously featuring and pioneering the idea of a HandCam in his videos to show off his superior fighting ability against his foes. (Although I do digress, he has painfully small hands.) He also does celebrity impressions such as bran_bash and Xeaus. He is infamous for his unmistakable "hey guys" whisper at the beginning of every video. His once humble channel is now averaging several thousand views on each new video he posts. #CuberNeverDies

It is believed that this word derives from the word jail bait. It applies though to an older woman not a young girl. The root of the issue is the same though -- a female who is dangerous through deception, deceit, and manipulation.
Another theory is that this word derives from an old Amazon word Juuber which meant a very tall, masculine, evil, dangerous woman who kills and eats men and also children. In the deepest jungles, when a man is really upset because at an older woman, he will shout "Juuber." This is considered an obscenity in the Amazon Jungle.
