Joint Commission for Hospital Accreditation= a team of people who go around looking for obscure violations (which have little or nothing at all to do with providing good and safe care) in hospitals in order to keep them on their toes. Things like: A piece of paper must be laminated before it can be taped or tacked onto a wall of bulletin board.

They just announced that jcaho is in the building. FML and any hope for things running smoothly.
