The dilation / expansion of a person's ear holes as the result of excessive wearing if iPod earphones.
"That person suffers from iPodilation."

"You listened to the iPod so often you now have iPodilation."

inoculate 

Controlled exposure to an infectious agent (virus/bacteria) to build immunity to the agent.

Also, controlled exposure to an infectious idea or propaganda, so as to build up resistance to the idea.
Bob is a staunch democrat and liberal but will often show up at Republican rallies to inoculate himself...

Podulate 

When anyone, particularly management, discourages independant thinking and works to create little peas-in-the-pod or podpeople.
The director of sales couldn't tolerate it when anyone disagreed with him so he made sure the managers would podulate the staff.

Everyone hated it when new staff were forced to podulate.

iPodders around the world are redding the needle in their insatiablity to acquire the latest accessories and music, there's now a thing called 'iPod envy' and..(wait for it):

Well, it depends on the, it's like if you went to great lengths to, if you took a uh, it's on the left. And if you move it from the center it'll remove the lengths you took to have going to have underwent. An analogy: if this were the first type of act in a place of a type of thought it would have to be less than a fraction of the original part. Podulate.

Exactly what you think it is. Anything like an ipod or mp3 player.

Usu. used by total losers, but occasionally by normal people. Not very often though.
