I thought that jerk was being serious when he called me a stupid idiot until I realized from his intonation that he was being sarcastic.

A dictatorship will usually establish an education system that is intentionally inefficient whose main purpose is to indonkate the population and allow it to impose its arbitrary policies and be able to rule inimpeded.
