An iú is an individual who has an addictive and charming personality, and is constantly being suffocated by others with love, adoration and affection. Often used as a compliment, though some users of the word tend to be bitter of the phrase.

Iús are incredibly popular and likable especially among peers. They tend to have many admirers and fans and often end up working in jobs more suited to their performing talents, such as acting, directing and performing arts.

Lee Ji-eun (born May 16, 1993), better known by her stage name IU, is a South Korean singer, songwriter and actress.
She signed with LOEN Entertainment in 2007 as a trainee and began her music career at the age of 15 with her debut album, Lost and Found. But it was through "Good Day", the lead single from her 2010 album Real, that she achieved national stardom.
"Good Day" spent five consecutive weeks at the top position of South Korea's Gaon Digital Chart and holds the record for spending the most number of weeks at No. 1 along with Psy's "Gangnam Style".

IU holds the Nation's Little Sister title.

It is a singular "we" instead of the plural "we".

"iu" are the best therefore it retains the singular of "I" and "YOU" are the best while meaning "WE" but emphasizing the singularity of the two individuals.

Iu is a very mysterious boy. He acts as if he didn't care about anything but deep down he is sensible and fragile. He tries to control everything as a way of hiding his flaws. He is fun to be around and a new person once you get through all his layers, he turns to be caring and soft.
