A catchall phrase used in the presense of easily offended persons to describe someone without using an expletive, or a word to describe someone whose name you don't want to mention. Usually used to describe persons of color.

Brian: I watched the news last night and hoochiedink was talking about reforms again.

Brian: Obama.
Priest: Oh. Hmmmmm.

JimJim: I have to work with hoochiedink again.
Donnie: That's a shame. He doesn't do anything.
JimJim: Lucky me.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
