Heinerscheid 

The process of letting woke company ideology get in the way of common sense, to the point of it costing you billions in revenue and/or market capitalization, and when such mistakes are realized, instead of pivoting to normalcy you double down thus destroying the company in the process.
Costanza just hired Ravi from Harvard to reinvigorate our brand, I hope he doesn't pull a Heinerscheid and take us down in the process.

Heinerscheided 

Destroying your reputation while costing your employer billions by completely failing your assignment and doing the worst possible thing you could ever do, thus forcing you to delete all social media and crawl under a rock to hide from the backlash.

Heinerschite 

To destroy one's own career in a profound or dramatic manner.
Alissa thought that trannys drank more beer that frat boys and rednecks. When she tried to prove it, her career as a marketing executive for a large brewery took a heinerschite.

Heinershied 

When a corporation engages in “WOKE” capitalism for a small minority and gets massive blow back from the majority.
When Target made some woke marketing decisions, they got Heinershied.

Precedes or follows either a gratuitously disrespectful or honest remark, originated in New York City. Used in similar fashion to "no offense" or "to be honest," interchangeably.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.

Also used to describe establishments where alternative foods and products are sold, i.e. natural food stores.

Modified derivative of granola.
"I need more crunchy guys in my life. I'm so tired of dating preppy metrosexual assholes."

"I'm heading out to the crunchy store to pick up some fair trade chocolate and tea tree oil, do you need anything?"
