Guiltimate

The act of pressing someone verbally by means of guilt and intmidation. Very popular with fathers

Timmy was caught kicking the neighbors dog and the angry neighbors brought timmy to his father who firmly asked him while clenching his teeth, fist and staring with seething rage in his eyes:

"We wont be doing any cruel things like this ever ever again now will we son?"

Timmy saw one of his father's hand on his belt and the other a clenched fist. Timmy looked back at the neighbors and nodded nervously. Timmy's father used the ability to GUILTIMATE with expertise

guildism 

Noun.
1) Strict definition: An irrational bias towards members of a specific guild. The bias can be positive (e.g. one guild can prefer the company of its own guild or even another) or it can be negative (e.g. one guild can hate another). To qualify as guildism, the bias must be irrational and/or generalizing. That is, it cannot have a factual basis for preference, and the (mis)deeds of one player can determine how others view his fellow guildmates.
2) Commonly intended definition(in "Guild Wars" computer game): A bias that small guilds have against more succesful guilds.

1. "Man, this guy from guild-x is so dumb. He got his entire raid-party killed today. Guild-x are incompetent."
2. "Ive been watching that guy from guild-y brag about his equipment again, he is not the only one of them who likes to brag. Guild-y is a bunch of showoffs."

guiltist 

1. A person or group of people who blame themselves, their group or their country for the problems and attitudes of other people, groups and/or other countries.

2. Someone or group that attempt to make others feel guilty about something they do, such as driving SUVs, traveling by executive jet, breeding puppies, repossessing homes, charging for health care, etc.

1. Environmental guiltists around the world are trying to impose their "green" philosophy on everyone.

2. Obama took the occasion of his trip to Mexico to blame America for all the gun violence there.

3. In 2002 Mother Jones says of their country that the 9/11 attacks were, "damnable yet understandable payback…rooted in America's own crimes of commission and omission."

The "option" that management give a team to "encourage" them to achieve a "stretch goal"
