Get the Groupist mug.A person who sees others not as individuals, but as groups. Groupists commonly buy into stereotypes, prejudging individuals by the averages of those who belong to their group. They will often justify discriminatory actions or hate speech by citing cherry-picked statistics or averages of whole populations. Examples of groupists include racists, sexists, homophobes, religiophobes, and woke warriors.
Equity, diversity, and inclusion sounds great, but it's not fair to give special treatment to individuals based solely on their skin color. I believe in helping individuals based on their individual level of need, not the average level of need of people who look like them ...because I'm not a groupist.
