In turn, you would call this person a gripson. When they are extremely high and incapacitated, you would refer to them as being gripsoned.
We tried to get everyone ready to go canoeing on the river, but Jordan was gripsoned out of his mind sitting in a camping chair. We had to put sunglasses on him to make it less noticeable and then go without him. What a gripson.
