To march in a highly militaristic and uniform manner, in which the legs swing sharply from the hips and the knees are locked.

a type of marching that evolves high kicking up as you step forward. It first appeared in the 19th century Prussian military. Later it became associated with the Nazi regime lead by Adolph Hitler in Germany. This mode of marching was soon adopted by the military institutions of other fascist regimes like the Falangist dictatorship of Francisco Franco that ruled Spain for nearly 4 decades. After WWII the communist army of East Germany used this method of marching. When Germany reunited as a democratic nation in 1990 the goosestep was finally abolished, at least in Germany. Other countries' armies may still use it today. Nevertheless, goosestepping is mostly associated with the Nazis, and usually fascism in general, often as a pejorative trait.
Bill keeps ranting about how "queers ought to be deported", how immigrants are "getting free houses, free cars, free education, free rides and "tax exemptions for 7 years" (note that magic number 7), the "liberal media and education bias", the "Jewish cartels", the "war on Christianity", "taking God out of schools" and all that tired hokey shit. He needs to take a good look around him. He's a goosestepper, a trained Pavlov dog, a droid.
