A goofmeister is a person who presents a specific type of goofy behaviour in serious situations. It is easily noticed by individuals surrounding the goofmeister, which will either cause them to ignore his immature acts or admire him for his goofery.

Taylor is the goofmeister of the team, he always does stupid shit when we're supposed to take it seriously !

Woofmeister 

The super ugly, dog-looking girl that appears at every party. She wants to hook up with everyone, yet no one wants to hook up with her. Goonmeister

'Goonmeister' describes an individual who excels at gooning. (Which is the act of masturbating.) 'Meister' is a German word; and so 'Goonmeister' can be roughly translated to 'Goon Master.' Occasionally, 'Herr', the German word for 'Sir' or 'Mr.' is added as a prefix to signify male dominance in the field of gooning or simply as a title.
